Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, or use the service with a parent or legal guardian. Account information must be accurate, and credentials must be kept private. Staff access requires approval.
Bookings and vehicle access
A booking is confirmed only after Big Oasis accepts it. You authorize reasonable access to the vehicle and service location and agree to disclose known hazards, valuables, damage, aftermarket equipment, or conditions that could affect safe work.
Prices and payment
Displayed prices describe the selected service or product. Any taxes, delivery charges, travel surcharges, add-ons, or other fees are disclosed before you authorize payment. Square handles card checkout.
Service limitations
Results depend on vehicle age, materials, prior repairs, damage, contamination, and product history. Big Oasis does not promise that every stain, odor, scratch, defect, or finish issue can be removed. We will describe material limitations before additional work.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, impersonate others, interfere with security, upload unlawful material, scrape private records, or access information outside your role.
Communications
Service and account messages may be necessary to fulfill a booking or order. Optional marketing requires a separate choice and can be stopped at any time.
