Reviews are published only when traceable to genuine customer feedback. We do not invent testimonials, ratings, certifications, guarantees, before-and-after results, or unsupported performance claims.
Clear choices
No prechecked optional consent, disguised advertising, forced marketing, confusing cancellation steps, or hidden fees. Optional notifications, email updates, location sharing, and cookies start off until chosen.
Data minimization
Forms request only information needed for the selected action. Payment data stays with Square, technician location is limited to active service windows, and user roles limit record access.
Third-party review
Current service providers are reviewed by purpose: Firebase (authentication), ChatGPT secure sign-in (authentication), Square (payment and receipts), Google geocoding (address coordinates), MapLibre/OpenStreetMap (map display), and hosting/database services (delivery and records). New SDKs require a purpose, data-flow, retention, and contract review before use.
Assets and licenses
The app uses system fonts, licensed open-source software and icons, and Big Oasis-owned or commissioned brand/product imagery. Third-party images, fonts, music, or logos are not published without documented permission or a suitable license.
